Elephants are renowned for their problem-solving skills, playful nature, and advanced communication. They work together to protect their young and defend their herd, demonstrating exceptional teamwork. Their social savvy and empathy are evident in their ability to comfort distressed members and support those in need.
In many cultures, elephants symbolize strength, wisdom, and loyalty. Despite their power and speed, they choose not to fight. Elephants are known for their exceptional memory, passing down their knowledge through generations.
The elephant's qualities align perfectly with Yellowcap FC's values. We believe that by embodying these traits, our players can develop into well-rounded individuals both on and off the court.

A Message From Coach J.J.
Founder of Yellowcap FC
Growing up in a Haitian household with a father who adored Brazilian football, I naturally follwed their top players as a kid. I marveled at their creativity with the ball, the rhythmic "ginga," and the way they danced on the pitch.
As a tribute to Pele and the Brazilian national team, my father founded Pele Stars SC with a family friend. The vibrant colors of yellow and blue mirrored Brazil's national colors.
I see yellow as a constant in my life dating back as far as I can remember. Yellow represents joy, happiness, and energy - emotions me and my teammates all expressed during pickup games, practices, and matches.
As I transitioned into coaching in Georgia, I became a fixture on the pitch with my trademark yellow Brazil hat. During tournaments or in large crowds, parents would point me out saying, "Look for the yellow cap and you'll find Coach J.J." Yellow Cap Futsal Club was adopted as the name of the club when it was founded.
It was the parents of players who coined the term "Yellowcap" through cheers in competition and the club has embraced it.
